A quick trip to Paso last Tuesday......made all the more worthwhile by meeting a new, incredible (and yet another YOUNG) Paso Winemaker: Jeff Strekas of ONX! Being introduced to Jeff and his lineup, sitting on the porch, a light breeze blowing, looking out over the vineyards and distant hills, sipping the incredible wines was nirvana.
